RPC appoints Tom McQuail as Competition Partner

International law firm RPC announced today that Tom McQuail joins as a Partner in its Competition practice.

Admitted in Brussels and England & Wales, Tom is a widely recognised merger control advisor with a wealth of experience in advising on cartels, abuse-of-dominance claims, and distribution issues, as well as competition damages claims. He has worked across various industries including chemicals, consumer goods, energy, food and drink, insurance, pharmaceuticals, technology and telecommunications.

On the appointment, Partner and Head of the Commercial Group, Jeremy Drew remarks: "Tom's extensive experience and deep technical knowledge in competition law make him an invaluable addition.
